Dunes Community Development District (the “District”) will accept bids from qualified firms interested in providing construction services for the WTP membrane feed pumps including associated process piping, HVAC, electrical and automation modifications, all as more specifically set forth in the Project Manual.
The Project Manual, including contract documents, project scope and any technical specifications, will be available for public inspection and may be obtained beginning Wednesday September 2, 2026, at 9 a.m. (EST), on this website, www.dunescdd.org, or can be requested by phone at (386) 445-9045.
A non-mandatory, pre-bid conference and site visit will be held on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. (EST) at the Dunes Administrative Office, 101 Jungle Hut Road, Palm Coast, Florida 32137.
