Click the button above. The first time you will register; after that, payments are 3 easy steps. You can pay immediately, schedule a payment or set up Auto-Pay for the amount of your bill. (Auto-pays must be set up online.) You can view your bill online, too. Please opt out of receiving paper bills to help save resources. If you need assistance logging in to the Portal, please contact the Utility Office at (386) 445-9045 during normal business hours. The eAccess Portal is not part of the PSN network. We will be happy to assist you with this.

Download “PSN Payments” from the App Store® or Google Play™. You must register your account first before using the mobile app.
