The Dunes Community Development District located in Palm Coast is seeking qualified applicants for a Utility Technician – Field Operations position for their water, wastewater, storm water and reclaimed water operations. The preferred applicant must possess a valid State of Florida Class 3 Water Distribution System Operator License and/or Class C Wastewater Collection Certification, or the capability to obtain within two (2) years. A valid State of Florida Backflow Device Tester Certification, or capability to obtain within one (1) year. Must have high school diploma/GED, and valid Florida driver’s license (CDL preferred) or capability to obtain within one (1) year. Salary Range: $18.00-$27.00/Hour DOQ, plus full benefits package. Treatment Plant Operator – Plant Operations

Toll Collector – Part Time – On Call

Dunes Community Development District is seeking qualified applicants for a part-time toll collector to work at the District’s toll bridge facility.  Applicant must be able to work in a confined area for long periods of time.  Ability to communicate effectively and deal tactfully with the public.  Record keeping and cashiering/collection experience.  Ability to work with computers for the toll monitoring system.  Part-time Toll Collectors are required to be available for work on holidays, all shifts and to replace full-time employees as required.  Must have high school diploma/GED and a valid Florida driver’s license is required.  Starting pay is $14.50/hour.
