Utilities Manager

The Dunes Community Development District located in Palm Coast, FL, is seeking a Utilities Manager to direct the operations of the Utilities Division, including water, wastewater, reclaimed irrigation, stormwater management and transportation systems. The successful applicant will supervise the installation, operation, maintenance and preservation of all the District’s utility and transportation facilities and equipment. Must be a self-starter who possesses superior communication, managerial and team building skills. Must possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Environmental Sciences or related discipline. A minimum of 5 years of responsible management experience is required. A Professional Engineer’s license and/or a Florida Water or Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator’s license is preferred. Toll Collector – Part Time – On Call

Dunes Community Development District is seeking qualified applicants for a part time toll collector to work at the District’s toll bridge facility.  Applicant must be able to work in a confined area for long periods of time.  Ability to communicate effectively and deal tactfully with the public.  Record keeping and cashiering/collection experience.  Ability to work with computers for the toll monitoring system.  Part time Toll Collectors are required to be available for work on holidays, all shifts and to replace full time employees as required.  Must have high school diploma/GED and a valid Florida driver’s license is required.  Starting pay is $14.50/hour.
