The work required for this project is for the installation of Owner furnished duplex pump system Xylem-Flygt Concertor Model No. N80-4400 / Motor N6020.181 for Lift Station 11 Rehabilitation in accordance with PROJECT provisions and details contained on the Dunes Community Development District (DCDD) Lift Station 11 Rehabilitation Plans – prepared by WRB ENGINEERING, INC. dated December 17, 2025. General description of the work includes contractor installation of owner furnished duplex pump assembly and electrical control panel (Owner furnished Flygt equipment listing dated 01.12.2026 attached).
Work includes furnishing and installation of stainless steel and ductile iron piping, valves, expansion joints, fittings, electrical components, and related ancillary items for compete mechanical and electrical equipment rehabilitation of the sanitary sewer lift station. Project site is located near to 84 Island Estates Parkway, Palm Coast, FL 32137. Compliance with all applicable OSHA requirements shall be responsibility of Contractor including confined space entry practices and procedures as applicable.
