The Dunes Community Development District owns, operates and maintains certain right of ways including but not limited to Hammock Dunes Parkway. As part of this responsibility, the District desires to lessen the visual clutter that may otherwise be caused by the proliferation and improper placement of signs in such right of way which compete for the attention of pedestrian and vehicular traffic. Therefore, the District prohibits the placement of any signage in such right of way unless approved by the Board of Supervisors. The District will remove and dispose of any sign found in any of its rights of ways including but not limited to for sale signs, open house signs, political signs or event signs.
