The District has completed repairs to our 750,000-gallon potable water storage tank along with bacteriological clearance activities as required by FDEP permit conditions. As a result of our returning to normal operations utilizing water treated from the District’s water treatment facility, we are also returning to our use of free chlorine disinfectant beginning today September 1, 2023.
We are no longer using water provided by the City of Palm Coast and disinfected using chloramines (chlorine – ammonia mixture) as previously notice to customers beginning August 27, 2023. Read More … PDF | RTF
