A listing of the Owner-furnished pump equipment and control panel components to be supplied by Xylem-Flygt is also contained within the RFQ document for informational purposes. Owner-furnished equipment is scheduled for delivery to Owner in early June 2025.
There will be no formal pre-bid conference. Bidders shall contact Cory Brill, Field Supervisor, by phone at (386) 527-5928 or via e-mail at cbrill@dunescdd.org to schedule a site visit. No site visits shall be scheduled later than noon on March 27, 2025. Deadline for questions is March 28, 2025. Questions or clarifications shall be sent via e-mail to Greg Peugh. Addenda, if necessary, shall be provided no later than Friday, April 4, 2025, at 5:00pm.
It is anticipated that award of these quotations will occur on May 9, 2025, upon recommendation by staff and approval of the Dunes CDD Board of Supervisors.
