You can now view and pay your utility bill with a check, credit card or debit card by going online or by mobile app. Click on the Pay or View Bill Online button, you will need to register your account first. After that, payments are 3 easy steps. You can pay immediately, schedule a payment or set up Auto-Pay for the amount of your bill. (Auto-Pays must be set up online.) You can view your bill online, too. Please opt out of receiving paper bills to help save resources. More features include: print receipts and bills, view past payments, see status of payments, stop Auto-Pay and more.

IN THE INTERIM, YOU CAN TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE NEW ONLINE PAYMENT SOLUTIONS ON THE VIEW & PAY UTILITY BILL PAGE. IF YOU ARE REGISTERED ON THE eACCESS SYSTEM, YOU MAY STILL VIEW YOUR BALANCE AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION HERE.
